Pre-Sale Terms & Collector Policy
Many of our exclusive collector coins sell out completely before they ever hit the public market. Our pre-sale program gives you insider access to secure these limited-run designs months before their official release, at pricing far below standard retail.
Because custom minting is a highly specialized process, please review our core policies before completing your order.
Production Timelines & ETAs
Estimated, Not Guaranteed: All Estimated Times of Arrival (ETAs) are projections provided directly by the manufacturing mints. Coins may arrive sooner or later than originally anticipated. Crafting premium, high-relief custom bullion is an intricate art form, not a fast-shipping retail item — production routinely takes anywhere from several weeks to several months. Many come from overseas and must go through customs.
Outer Window: While most pieces arrive within the estimated window, please plan for production and delivery to possibly take up to 6 months from the close of the pre-sale window. By placing a pre-order, you agree to this extended, estimate-only timeline. Patience is required: custom production can occasionally face unexpected delays due to specialized packaging requirements, strict minting quality controls, tool fine-tuning to ensure a flawless strike, or international customs clearances.
Our Commitment: We closely monitor production and will keep you updated if there are any significant shifts in the timeline. The moment your coins arrive, pass our inspection, and are packaged, you'll automatically receive an email with your tracking number.
Firm Cancellation Policy
Immediate Funding: The moment the pre-sale window closes, your order is submitted and financially committed directly to the mint to secure your specific production slot.
All Sales Final: Because these allocations are locked in and paid for upfront, we cannot cancel or refund pre-sale orders due to minting or shipping timeline adjustments once they have been transmitted to the mint. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge the custom nature of these pieces and agree to wait through the estimated (and outer) timeline above.
If We or the Mint Cannot Fulfill
In the rare event that we or the mint are unable to produce or deliver your piece — for example, a mint discontinues a design, cancels a release, or ceases operations — we will notify you and provide a full refund or store credit (your choice) for the affected item. This is the one circumstance in which a pre-order is refunded outside of a damaged or incorrect item (see our Return & Refund Policy).
International Orders, Customs & Duties
We ship pre-sale pieces worldwide. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in your purchase or shipping cost. International transit and customs clearance can add time beyond the mint's ETA. Please see our Shipping Policy for full international details.
Disputes & Chargebacks
By placing a pre-order, you agree to these Pre-Sale Terms, including the estimate-only timeline and final sale terms. Because pre-order funds are committed to the mint on your behalf, filing a chargeback or payment dispute over an in-progress order that is within the disclosed timeline is not a valid basis for reversal, and we will contest such disputes with this agreement and your order record. If you ever have a concern about your order, please contact us first — we're glad to help.
Agreement
By placing a pre-sale order, you acknowledge that you understand the unique nature of custom manufacturing, accept the projected (and outer) timelines, agree to these final-sale terms, and understand the circumstances above in which a refund or store credit is provided.
