Terms of service

Welcome to makecoincollectinggreatagain.com (the "Site"), operated by Make Coin Collecting Great Again ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and your purchases from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from us.

2. Products, Pricing, and Availability

We sell collectible coins, bullion, and medals. We work to display products and pricing accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, weights, finishes, or pricing are error-free. Because precious metal products are tied to the live metals market, prices may change at any time without notice until an order is placed. If we discover a pricing or description error on an item you ordered, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund. Products and quantities are subject to availability and limited editions may sell out.

3. Orders and Payment

By submitting an order, you make an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider, and you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders we suspect to be fraudulent.

4. Pre-Sale / Pre-Order Items

Many of our products are sold through our pre-sale / pre-order program and are subject to our separate Pre-Sale / Pre-Order Policy and Purchase Options Cancellation Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms. Estimated arrival windows for pre-sale items are estimates only, and pre-sale orders are final once placed, except as stated in those policies.

5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
  • Submit false information or use another person's payment method without authorization;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it;
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Site or harvest data;
  • Infringe our or any third party's intellectual property or other rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and product photography — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

8. Third-Party Links and Whatnot

The Site may link to third-party sites and services, and we also sell through Whatnot live auctions. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Purchases made through Whatnot are also subject to Whatnot's own terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and our products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not provide investment, financial, or tax advice; collectible and precious-metal values can rise or fall, and any purchase decision is your own.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Make Coin Collecting Great Again and its owners and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, arising from your use of the Site or your purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Make Coin Collecting Great Again from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, on an individual basis (no class actions), seated in Knoxville, Tennessee. Before starting arbitration, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at info@mccgausa.com.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
