Refund policy

At Make Coin Collecting Great Again ("we," "us," "our"), every order matters to us. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements work so you always know what to expect. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Pre-Sale / Pre-Order Items Are Final Sale

The majority of our collector coins, bullion, and medals are sold through our pre-sale / pre-order program. When a pre-sale window closes, your order and payment are committed directly to the minting facility. For this reason, pre-sale and pre-order items cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once your order is placed, except where an item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item (see "Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items" below), or where we or the mint are unable to fulfill your order (see our Pre-Sale / Pre-Order Policy).

In-Stock Items

Returns are allowed on a case-by-case basis with a 10% restocking fee. For items sold as in-stock and ready to ship, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging (including any capsules, certificates of authenticity, or protective holders).
  • You contact us first to request a return authorization (see "How to Start a Return").

Return shipping for in-stock items is the customer's responsibility unless the return is the result of our error (a damaged, defective, or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we cannot process a refund for an item we do not receive back in original condition.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we will make it right at no cost to you. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at mccgausa@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number,
  • A clear photo of the item and any damaged packaging, and
  • A brief description of the issue.

Depending on availability, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or full refund, and we will cover any required return shipping. Please keep the original packaging until your claim is resolved.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after we approve the refund for it to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund except when damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Pre-sale / pre-order items (see above),
  • Items returned outside the stated return window,
  • Items not in original, unused condition.

How to Start a Return

Email us at mccgausa@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return before sending anything back. We'll confirm whether the item qualifies and provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund.
