Cancellation policy

Pre-order items are committed to the minting facility immediately upon order submission to secure your allocation. For this reason, pre-orders are final once placed and cannot be canceled or modified. Estimated arrival dates are estimates only. The only exceptions are an item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or an order that we or the mint are unable to fulfill — in those cases you will receive a replacement, refund, or store credit.
