Shipping policy
This policy explains how Make Coin Collecting Great Again ("we," "us," "our") ships your order. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Order Processing
In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 1–5 business days of your order, excluding weekends and holidays.
Pre-sale / pre-order items are not in stock at the time of purchase and ship only after they arrive from the mint, pass our inspection, and are packaged. Estimated arrival windows are estimates only — please see our Pre-Sale / Pre-Order Policy for full details. Once a pre-order arrives at our facility, it ships within 1–5 business days.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately or together once all items are ready; let us know if you'd prefer one over the other.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Estimated transit time after shipment is typically 2–7 business days, depending on the method selected at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, value, and destination. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Signature Confirmation & Insurance for High-Value Orders
To protect your purchase, orders valued at $1,000 or more can be insured at an additional cost to the buyer and require an adult signature upon delivery. Please make sure someone is available to sign at the delivery address.
International Shipping
We ship to select countries — see checkout for availability.
International transit times vary widely depending on destination and customs processing and are estimates only.
Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the buyer's responsibility. These charges are set by your country's customs authority, are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and are collected by the carrier or customs office, usually at or before delivery. Please check your country's import rules before ordering.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, and we cannot mark shipments as "gift" or declare a value lower than the amount paid, as doing so is illegal.
Refused or unclaimed international packages that are returned to us may be refunded less original shipping and any fees incurred; pre-sale items remain subject to our Pre-Sale / Pre-Order Policy.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with neighbors, household members, and your local carrier. If it still cannot be found, contact us at mccgausa@gmail.com within 24 hours and we will help open a carrier/insurance investigation. Resolution depends on the carrier's and insurer's findings.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us within 3 days of delivery at mccgausa@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy for how damaged items are resolved.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we can reship it once any additional shipping cost is paid.
